I really wish I could leave no stars. This is the absolute worst place I've ever tried to get food from the staff was yelling at... the microphone they the speaker and then acted like I was the one causing issues. The food was cold and tasted old and we had topull up and wait on it. I will never come to this location ever again. They need to fire the whole staff and start over. It'ssad they spent all that money renovating that place and it's the worst place in Gardendale to try to get food. Read more
Nobody working the drive thru on November 3, around 10:40 pm. There was only one other person in the drive thru when I arrived.... When I got tired of waiting and finally drove around, the drive thru was empty. And nobody was even at the drive thru window. AsI was leaving I saw a man and a woman outside walking back into the store. Looked like employees. Inside looked like a mess too.Probably did me a favor by refusing to serve me???? Read more
I went through the drive through got to the speaker was greeted by the prompt. Then nothing for about 3 minutes. I said hello.... Some male screams over the microphone "hold on" like I was told to before. Then a female gets on the microphone asking my orderlike I was bothering her. With her is that it is that all. Get to window they forget to give me a one of the beverages. Get homeneither one of my kids meal had the sauces I asked for and one was missing apple slices. Called up there but no answer. Ordered in app 30 mins prior to closing. Pulled in drive through 25 mins before closing time and no one answered. Pulled... around found 4 employees inside. (Turned off lights after i pulled in). Finally came to.window after I told them I had alreadyordered and paid via app. Said they were out of food; were extremely rude and offered no apology at all. My rating is really a zero star, but that option isn't available. It was after 10 P.M. when I visited this location. My order... consisted of chicken nuggets meal, Mcchicken sandwich, happy meal and three small fries. The fries were cold and the Spritetasted like alka seltzer. The kids said the fries were dehydrated and too chewy. I went back through the drive thru informedthem on my issues and they replaced them. Once we got home the fries still wasn't right, they were still cold and my nephew saidhis nuggets didn't taste right, he said they tasted like perfume was on them. All of the food was clearly old and I think theygave us the same fries I gave them back the first time in a different bag. They didn't give me my receipt and I will never bespending my money at that location ever in life. If you're in the area go to the other McDonald's on Walker Chapel. Read more
All I ever get from this location (Gardendale, AL) is the Caramel Frappe and that's IF their machine is not "broken", but I went... up there this last time got my usual and as I drove off I noticed I could hardly drink anything due to how chunky the ice stillwas. I kept mixing it around only to look down halfway through the drink and see this hair wrapped around my straw. I pulledover and threw up out of disgust. So disgusted they clearly are not wearing their hair nets and will not continue going here. Read more
