Live in the area and will never be back got wifes orders wrong locked customers inside and customers outside with 4 works and... the driver through was not even backed up. Had a cook tell me because the Nacho Froz we're back and by only had 4 workers and that they couldn't keep up why they were locking people in and keep trying to keep people out of the lobby. Next time I'lldrive the extra 35 minutes or stop going to taco bell all together If corporate saw the sales for that day . Nope. I only go there if I?m absolutely craving Taco Bell and disappointment. In the past two years they?ve probably gotten our... order right twice. It?s become a game to us now. No one looks at the food until we get home. We take bets on how bad the orderis screwed up. It?s gotten to the point where we order extra tacos because we know we?re going to be missing something. It?s noteven worth reporting because the employees there clearly could care less. Read more
Fast service. Nice people. Employees helped an elderly lady that was confused/lost; they were so kind and patient. Had her... sit,got her a drink and made sure she had a relative on the way. So nice ! Read more
Literally the worst Taco Bell location I?ve ever been to. The workers are extremely rude, they messed up our order horribly and... when we politely came back around and told them they had ours mixed up they took the bag of incorrect food back and acted as ifwe were trying to stiff them but we just wanted the food that we ordered and paid for so they went back to check their camerasand after a long while one of the girls comes back and hands us our food and just says ?here you go?. Well (not surprisingly)they gave us the totally wrong food AGAIN so now we will be contacting higher Taco Bell HQ because that experience wasabsolutely ridiculous and we think they messed it up the second time completely out of spite. Walked in, the guy behind the counter, never said can I take your order he just stood there., gave him my order which was a... coffee and Bajablast, he gave the cup and pointed to a machine, gave me a cup of coffee had to ask twice for cream and sugarygot 3 packs of sugar and ice cold coffee, ask another employee if I could get a coffee that was hot, she took my cup stuck it inthe microwave to the point you can?t even hold the cup,sat it down and walked off, that was my experience at this place. Some days you just can't avoid a rude cashier at this location. However, on this day I got served proper by a professional who... took her job seriously, and with courtesy. And took care of her customers needs within the limits of company policy. Read more
