Worst experience I?ve had at a Dunkin? - on 3 separate occasions! Always get the orders wrong & wait times are absurd. Not very... friendly either. Would recommend going to a different location to get your Dunkin? fix. Or better yet shop local and go to Spokecoffee down the street! Read more
This is the worst dunkin hands down. Everyday my orders wrong. The last two days has been the worst. Tell the short lady today... on drive thru to shut her mic of before she starts complaining. I got my coffee order in then she was done. I wasn't. If she isthe manager let her go. I work in food and beverage. If she was my employee I would have fired her on the spot. Rude andincompetent. They seem to be really struggling with having the lobby open. When it is just drive through everything is great and I have... really had my order messed up. But now that there is the lobby open, they seem way to understaffed or are not equipped to handlethe lobby and the drive-through at the same time. The drive-through was chugging along as there is 15 of us in the lobby waitingfor our orders. My mobile order lets me select walk in for pickup . The sign on the door says ?our lobby is open?. Nope. Doors locked lights... out, you gotta wait in a long line of cars to pock up your order. Totally undermining the reasons you order ahead in the firstplace. Its ok i can use the extra time to write this review while i wait in a long lone of car to get what i already orderedand paid for.
