Worst experience I?ve had at a Dunkin? - on 3 separate occasions! Always get the orders wrong & wait times are absurd. Not very... friendly either. Would recommend going to a different location to get your Dunkin? fix. Or better yet shop local and go to Spokecoffee down the street! Read more

This is the worst dunkin hands down. Everyday my orders wrong. The last two days has been the worst. Tell the short lady today... on drive thru to shut her mic of before she starts complaining. I got my coffee order in then she was done. I wasn't. If she isthe manager let her go. I work in food and beverage. If she was my employee I would have fired her on the spot. Rude andincompetent. Embarrassing for the company. I get short staffing. treating customers as a bother I dont. Read more

They seem to be really struggling with having the lobby open. When it is just drive through everything is great and I have... really had my order messed up. But now that there is the lobby open, they seem way to understaffed or are not equipped to handlethe lobby and the drive-through at the same time. The drive-through was chugging along as there is 15 of us in the lobby waitingfor our orders. I?m not normally one to complain about wait times but this was a little bit silly.g you can tell that theemployees are absolutely drained and exhausted, because of lack of staff. Read more

My mobile order lets me select walk in for pickup . The sign on the door says ?our lobby is open?. Nope. Doors locked lights... out, you gotta wait in a long line of cars to pock up your order. Totally undermining the reasons you order ahead in the firstplace. Its ok i can use the extra time to write this review while i wait in a long lone of car to get what i already orderedand paid for. Absolutely horrible. Sit in line for 10 minutes to get the wrong order. Have waited at the window while the kid making my bagel... counted down to the 5 minute mark before giving it to me. Today I came through and was given a pre made bagel, tsken out of thewarmer, and no straw for my coffee. The lobby is closes so had to wait over 5 minutes in line again to get a straw. All to findout the 3 dollar coffee I just bought is water with caramel flavoring. Terrible. Read more

While traveling thru on a rainy day on the motorcycle we needed to stop for a hot coffee to warm up . Clearly they were short... staffed and pushed to the limit ( when I thanked 1 of the employees she had tears in her eyes from exhaustion). The lobby wasfull. Things weren?t printing out the way they should . No one had had a break since opening yet still the talk was positivewith someone staying late and 1 saying we need to keep the lobby open because they really need the job. The customers wereawesome and patient. Just a reminder to thank and appreciate the people that are trying so hard in this crazy world! Read more

The worst dunkin in the state of Maine by far kids who don't listen and are there for a paycheck Farmingdale gardnier and... Winthrop dunkins I'll shy away from for a while. We all make mistakes but 3 times they got my order wrong. These guys and girlssmake 15 to 18 an hour to pour coffee. In contrast I work for VA and make 15. The fact it happened 3 times is frustrating andthen when I called to speak to manager or owner who ever answered tphone.te thought is was a joke ya hang on I'll look. ThankGod that I spoke to Martina who was very pleasant she listened and tried to make it right although I didn't get a coupon orfree item for there mistakes. I feel like next time will be better had it nor been for Martina they would of got a one star. Iinclosed pictures and receipt so ya ll can clearly see the error. Read more
