Was in town for the 2022 Swine and Stein Brewfest in October. For Lunch I had a small Steak Bomb. This was probably the best one... I have had so far. For Supper had a large Meatball Sub. Good sized meatballs with a good balance of tomatoe sauce and cheese.Both were toasted with the bread being crispy and delicious. Affordable. Good food. Prompt. Friendly. Basically everything you're looking for in a local pizza place.
The staff is friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean and feels like a semi rustic down home feel. The pizza is ok.
So apparently your service animal isn't welcome here because I'd rather not deal with dirty looks from the employees or attitude... from them. Very unwelcoming vibes! Read more
Very good overall. Staff was lovely as well. I didn't go but my mom had much to say about their kindness. The pizza itself was... awesome. It was a bit lacking in the sauce department but the rest was great. Good flavor overall, good cheese, great crust, andwhatever sauce there was was pretty good. If you're in the area I definitely recommend getting takeout. Edit: I came back herealmost exactly a year later and my opinions have only slightly changed. I went in person this time instead of getting takeoutand getting the pizzas in person revealed an unnecessary almost gross amount of grease on the pizza my sister and I split. Theonly other thing that I noticed that changed my opinion a little is that the dough was pretty bland. Everything else was reallygood. Read more
Gerard?s brings me back to New England pizza places before corporate chains. Simple menu board and furnishings let the crew... focus on the food. Great flavor. Crust was crispy and chewy. I wish I lived closer. Thanks!! Read more
This is a place I picked while on vacation in Maine. We were looking for a place to eat quickly and this place not only had... great food but quick service. Very clean and handicapped equipped. The owner happened to be there and one would not even know.He waited on customers and cleaned as the other employees did. I was taken back to learn he was the owner of Gerald?s Pizza. Weordered a cold cut sub. The bread was fresh and perfect. Another guess ordered a cheese pizza and it lacks nothing. Tasty andcooked to perfection.
