This was hands down the best burrito I have ever eaten in my 24 years on this planet. This burrito made chipotle look like a 3rd... grade cooking class. The waitress was so polite, the store was clean and the burrito was just simple heaven. It's hard to decide what you will order here when everything tastes so great, but it's even harder to decide which is more... awesome...the food, the owners and staff, or the atmosphere? Excellent. Just really good food and a casual, friendly atmosphere. I'm not vegan but choose the sweet potato filling for my... burrito and it was fantastic. They also do a butternut squash option along with the traditional pork, chicken and beef. Veryreasonable pricing and three size options. Highly recommended. Read more
Went there for the first time today. This is a small, mostly take out restaurant. The owner operator is talkative and knows... his food. He shared recipe for garlic and hot salsa. The food was fantastic and service was friendly. Prices were excellent forwhat is served. Homemade hot and garlic salsas are awesome! The only critique I have on this first visit is the bathroom doordoes not shut so could not use. Nice little place and I recommend it highly! Read more
We noticed several positive aspects but what tasted like a familiar salsa from a jar. Lisa's offers vegetarian and vegan items.... We were grateful for this. Restaurant regulars came in and confidently ordered what they enjoy from the menu. Our black beans,rice, and sweet potatoes were well-made and seasoned. My seared burrito was satisfying and tasted good. Friendly and courteousservice. Lisa's would be a 5 star rating from us (and completely "legit") with a change to kitchen-made pico de gallo or otherhand made salsa. Read more
