I'm becoming less happy with subway. I used to be here about once a week and now it's maybe once a month. They no longer accept... any sort of coupons from online or the ones that come in the Sunday flyer which means you're paying full price for your sandwichwhich usually means you get a footlong for 12 to $14. I think you can buy everything to make a half dozen footlongs for thatprice next door at Hannaford. Read more

1st and last time I use Gardiner subway!! Ordered my usual 2 sandwiches (which were good)waited on by 2 very nice apologetic... people who had to tell me that this subway does not honor subway coupons!!I wasn't expecting to have to pay $8 more !!!my firstinstinct was to say forget it and walk out,but I know it's not the employees fault they only following their cheapskate ownersinstructions and we were hungry so I reluctantly paid.We will definitely never make the mistake of visiting Gardiner subwayagain!!! If Subway doesn't have fresh produce or meat products to make subs then, common sense suggest you close the shop. The subs I... ordered "online" were not made the way I wanted them because Subway ran out of the ingredients to make that sub but yet I had topay full price for a family of five because of their incompetence and failure to contact! Are you getting this management?Apparently not and not surprised that is the way that it is because of poor management and leadership skills. Take the moneyfirst and screw the customer. This location seriously needs to step up their game. Doing in person orders is usually fine. However, my mobile orders are... consistently wrong. Workers do NOT read the special instructions. I have left reviews on the survey on the receipt and all I getis a generic email from I'm assuming the manager apologizing and saying they will try and do better. Doesn't really help whenwhole sandwiches arent being eaten because they are that messed up. Your staff needs to be trained again and needs to pay moreattention to what they are doing. Read more

Purchased two 6 inch sandwiches and two small bags of chips was charged over $16 with a sales tax of 8% ,eating yet we ate on... the way ,in our car. Also. Staff seemed to take care of online orders before us in store customers ...we had a wait of 10 plusminutes. And finally our bread was not fresh and made poorly ( throwing together with too much dressing. Our experience withthe Gardner lotion. You may have better service and food at your visit here . Gardiner maine subway has always been the one I use for the reason I live close by. It has its ups and downs like most chain... restaurants. It does usually come out fairly well even tho it is usually someone new working when I go . I just recently triedthe smoky steak habanero wrap and was very impressed.. good job subway.
