Really enjoyed our time at Wonderland for lunch. Started with a flight & sandwiches for entree, decently priced for tourist... area. Perfect idea to have coffee & sweets available for after your meal. Tiny hiccup in our order & the sweet manager took careof us without hesitation. We just wrapped up a four day stay in Gardiner, Mt. While there we ate at the Wonderland three evenings. It was delicious! Each... of us tried something different each night and we all loved what we ordered. Each member of the staff was friendly. Be sure tocheck out the really unique, nontypical mount while there. We ate here twice on our trip and had a great experience both times! Even stopped by a third time for coffee and a scone, the... scone was AMAZING!! Love their coffee!! Lovely place to dine in and eat, quiet and clean. Staff was always friendly and veryhelpful!! We didn?t know about the rooms they had available until after we had booked our Airbnb, otherwise we would haveconsidered this place. Great spot in town and would have been easy to walk to everywhere else we wanted to go!! It?s amazing howelk wonder throughout Gardner so freely, even by to the Wonderland Cafe & Lodge!! Read more
Loved this place! Went there while staying in Gardiner to visit Yellowstone. Their southwest ?cortado? salad was amazing - so... simple but so good! We loved it so much that we even left the park slightly early one evening just to make it here in time toget the salad before they closed! We also ordered their burger, which they were able to substitute with a veggie patty sincewe?re vegetarian - excellent veggie burger! They carry a good selection of local beers, great service with very friendly staff,very aesthetic decor with beautiful photography on the walls! If 30+ minutes to wait for food is good to you, this place will not disappoint you on the wait. 45 minutes after we placed our... order the food arrived. The manager said that 30 or 35 minutes waiting on food is the standard here. Wow. Food was good andplentiful, the atmosphere is nice and price is pretty much what everyone else charges: high. The waiters don?t check on you sohollering at them as they fly by is how to get things wanted. I had hoped for a quicker lunch so we can enjoy the park. Read more
Cute place. We came because it was the "best restaurant in Gardiner." Warm root beer, brown avocado, unsalted "seasoned" fries.... My cooked burger had come into contact with raw beef, leaving behind a bloodstain on the bun and a smudge of pink beef on top ofthe cheese and they served it to me anyways. The menu is pretty limited, but that's the least of your worries. Don't gohere. EDIT: To respond to Stacey?s comment below, my burger absolutely 100% came into contact with raw beef. The stained bunand crumbs of raw beef were on top of the cheese and not a part of my burger. Someone in the kitchen was careless. I did send itback, and they fixed it. But that was far from my party?s only problem. Reviews left ?after the fact? are helpful. They helpowners and managers recognize problems and fix them before they happen again. Great food, great coffee, great atmosphere! This is the best restaurant we've eaten at in Gardiner during our stay. We got there... earlier than their kitchen was open so we just ordered coffee at first, but the server was friendly, and kept us updated ontiming, and literally as soon as the kitchen opened, he got our orders and got our food out very quickly, and it was delicious!Not many restaurants I've been to can get over-medium eggs right (people always over or undercook) but mine were PERFECT andvery delicious. The avocado toast also came with French fries which I was surprised about but pleased, as they were very tasty.Definitely make this place a priority to visit if you're in Gardiner! Read more
Great spot for lunch after a chilly (but fantastic!) day in the park! I was able to make a vegan option here from the Gardiner... burger (without cheese and aioli). It was super yummy, and I got it with a side salad with vinaigrette. Staff was friendly andquick service. Def recommend! My friend got the Gardiner burger as well ( with cheese and aioli) and side of sweet potato friesand loved it as well! Read more
