Insane prices and a 1 hour wait for a burger that was no better than a $7 burger from Wendy's, my girlfriends food actually made... her sick. I should have left immediately when I seen the first red flag: the audacity to charge $2 for wings when you can go toBFWW and get 40 wings for $35 that are likely better. This is my second time going to Austin and both times has not been a good experience. Today we waited 30 mins for our food, why... did we receive cold fries? You would think if they are cooking everything else they would make those closer to everything elsebeing done. Their prices are not cheap to be surviving people cold food!!! The waitresses are rude and so unprofessional. Theyall seem to have attitudes. A few were cursing because they are so ?tired?. As close as Austin?s is to me I will not bereturning for a third time. From the quick seating and very consistent friendly staff, Austin's is my go to whilst in Gardner. Great menu and drink... selection along with a fun atmosphere make this a no brainer. My fave is the sweet Thai chili wrap. Never disappoints! Highlyrecommend this place. Read more

Tonight was great!! The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. We were a larger party (8), and we got to sit together in... their side room. Our server, Grace (aka Grayson) was friendly and very personable. She was what made our evening so relaxed; wewere well cared for. I loved my chicken fried steak. The chicken strips are really really good. So is their Thai wrap. They have a martini however that as much as it costs tasted... and smelled like rubbing alcohol. It was a lime flavor. Allegedly. The other major problem here is that if you are sat in thecenter of the main room you can not hear your table. I know it?s a bar but it seems to be worse than most. ask to sit in one ofthe off rooms and that will remedy the noise. They do have pretty good food but have seemed a little high even before Covid. The key word here is crispy. It's done right. Crispy, just right browned non-commercially breaded prepared Angus beef comes out... as a bargain $14 chicken fried steak, almost pushed off the plate by a double helping of mashed potatoes and gravy, a mound ofcorn and a biscuit with honey butter. And the crispy chicken tenders and fries appetizer for $12 are a meal for two lighteaters. Read more

I?m an Austin?s fan and have always loved their food. I tried a new meal the burger of burgers and it was so big I couldn?t... realistically enjoy all the flavors of each component. It was still good but it was $19! I mean we?re in Gardner yall this wasso expensive! Anyways 4 stars because I thought it was overpriced in my opinion for a burger. Read more
