Hi, there..! As a current employee at DQ, I can say that Amy is a delight. She's charismatic to customers, and employees alike.... She works as hard as she can - despite unreasonable demands. We're very short-staffed, and she does ALL that she can. We'reworking to provide the best service possible, with the shortest staff possible. She has been nothing but nice, kind, andconsiderate. I watched one of the cooks outside on phone with her gloves on touching her hair and face and went back in and started preparing... food without changing gloves. Unfortunately they don't know how to do the ice cream here or they don't care and get lazy. I really hate saying that but I... can't think of any other reason because the pictures are right there. Everytime I order peanut buster parfaits they aresupposed to put hot fudge and peanuts on the bottom, middle, and top. They ignore the middle. Every single time. Then Iordered the triple chocolate brownie and they give you this tiny scoop of ice cream when it's supposed to be 2. I'm paying alot of money for them and it's not too much for them to be made right. I hate complaining but it's a constant issue. I don'tget it. I don't even mind waiting extra time. The food is good but the ice cream is not. People are nice but I don't know whythey mess up the ice cream. Read more
I have kept trying to give this location a try, but they keep failing to deliver good results. They're slow, have poor customer... service, and the ice cream products don't hold up to other locations. That's assuming they even get the order right. This mostrecent time I did order by app and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the time the app said. The ice cream for my daughter wasalready melting (inside in the air conditioning) before she got it. My blizzard was actually 3/4 vanilla ice cream with some M&Mtoppings (completely forgot to add the chocolate chip cookie dough I requested). They switched up the cheese on my wife and I'ssandwiches so she got pepper jack (which she hates) and I got a white cheddar or something. And that experience is prettystandard anytime we got there. Overall, this is a really poor location and I wouldn't recommend going there. Read more
This restaurant has great counter service but the cleanliness is sub-par and the speed of service is not great. The floors... throughout the entire lobby are slippery from grime. The tables are messy. The women's bathroom is incredibly gross. Would liketo see this place improve it's overall cleanliness. The food is usually hot, tasty, and made correctly so at least that is nice.Cold treats are also delicious and made correctly. Read more
Love their burgers and was really happy to see them setup shop here. We needed an new burger place here in town. Kids dq dilly... bars and their blizzards are always a great treat. Read more
When you have a coupon that states Free Meal on it you will only receive a small sundae or upgrade to a blizzard for $2. I... bought these coupons and it stated that they were worth $10. Well so much for false advertising. Read more
