Poor customer service. Asked to get ketchup filled 3 times. I keep getting told when we can. There are 3 people standing around... doing nothing. Food all over the floors. A person from the drive through has just brought his order back in because the gave himthe wrong order. Not very impressed. Read more
I go to Freddie's frequently. This restaurant is by far the best fast food.???? I see the reviews on here and have to wonder... what your truely expecting. 1. At least 80 percent of thier employees are teenagers with thier first job. Most adults won't dothis job but your going to hound them for trying. Yes sometimes they do make mistakes as we are all human and they may forgetyour special requests. Freddie's management is always willing to accommodate your wait to have that remade. The management teamalways makes it right! 2. Freddie's is not McDonald's that is why it taste amazing! It is fresh and made fresh. Of course thewait time and drive thru time is going to be alittle longer than other supply chains that pre make burgers and put them in awarmer waiting for you to order. I prefer mine fresh and not in a warmer basket! You can always pre-order on the app and thenpick it up on your lunch to save yourself some time. So remember be greatful, and realize that life isn't all about you. Helpingthese teenagers learn the mistakes, and you like Freddie's over McDonald's for the freshness! Read more

I've eaten at several other Freddy's. I like their patty melt. This location did not rate up there with the other locations.... Food didn't taste as good. Also I got a key lime concrete thing. At the other locations they waited til I was done eating beforebringing it. Here, they made it right away and it had mostly melted when I was done eating. I got the meal thing so I had adrink. Probably won't be back to this location. Read more
