I wouldn?t even give them a 1 star terrible service and got my whole order wrong. Plus took us almost a hour to get our food... when there was only 3 stalls being used. Read more

No longer accepts orders through the app. Half the stalls are closed. Employees can never hear you and consistently mess up the... order, in fact if there were one thing consistent about this place it's that your order will almost never be correct if youcustomize it in any way Update: We've recently started coming back occasionally. You can order through the app again. Stallsare still an issue but at least they are paying attention to the order customization now. Last two times we've gone and ordereda #1 no cheese, it's actually come with no cheese instead of the previous "Says no cheese, but we'll give it cheese anyways". Tentatively giving it 3 stars. This sonic used to good, never great but better than it is now. Be prepared to wait atleast 5 minutes after your button push... before anyone takes your order and another 10 to get your order which comes cold. The last 4 times I've went I've timed them andthe fasted was 5min and 15 seconds the longest was 10minutes and I chose to leave. Service is horrible, the food has been coldand staff looks dirty. I have decided to no longer use my local sonic. They've also had atleast 4 carrots during these visits soI know they have staff, and the lot has been nearly empty.. im starting to think I'm not the only one who has given up on thisestablishment. If you got 20 minutes and want some cold fast food then this is the place for you, other than that I'd avoid thislocation. Management should be ashamed and corporate needs to come in and get these guys back on track. Read more
