Was delivered a pizza with toppings all slid to the side, wings with barely any sauce, then when it was replaced I was given... the complete wrong order. I called sat on hold over 20 minutes then 5 minutes later the driver showed up with a completely coldorder and says he gave me the wrong one. I'm livid. Read more

i used to work at a pizza place, probably the easiest and funnest job i had growing up. seeing as how making a pizza is so... easy, perfection is not a tall order. with that being said, every pizza that comes out of the oven should be perfect. the job ofthe pizza maker is to ensure that the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings are in perfect balance and done consistentlyfor every customer. if you can?t make a pizza perfect with consistency you shouldn?t have a job at a pizza restaurant. take alittle pride in yourself and do better or robots are going to replace you. i wish i was kidding. last night the pizza weordered didn?t have any sauce on it, it was terrible, and unless we are compensated we won?t be ordering from this Pizza Hutever again. i didn?t call to complain, it?s too much of a hassle, but to the management here: the ball is in your court. doubtanything comes from this review but i will revise this review if management follows up with me to correct the issue. The pizza is always hot and on time. It's standard quality for big chain restaurants. However, this particular Pizza Hut seems... to believe in paper crust and pouring on extra grease. It is edible and will get the job done. Read more

Several times our order has been wrong. We order online so there is zero chance someone might have miss understood what we said.... Most of the time they fix it or credit it. Last time the guy wanted to give us credit for the topping that they screwed up on.Which was 5.00, but my order was 35.00?? Read more
This was probably the worst pizza hut I've ever had. We have been getting our pizza here for about 9 years and it has been... awesome every time. But this time was different. One pizza was burnt on half and another was soggy in the center. It also wassupposed to only have bacon on half but it was all over. My wife couldn't eat that even if it wasn't soggy. The breadstickswere tough and seemed like they were baked twice. All was inedible. It was chaos behind the counter. Many people sitting aroundwaiting for their order and there didn't seem to be any managerial control. Wasted my time and my $30. Very disappointing. Read more
We forgot to select the "schedule ahead" option when placing an order. After placing we called and got through right away. Staff... was great and said that, even though the pizza was already in the oven (that was fast) they would toss it and make fresh for thetime slot we were hoping for. We were looking for a Pizza Hut that has dine in options, and were glad to have found the Gardnerlocation. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great for us. Read more
