The server we had was great and did an awesome job when we went here for lunch during the weekend. However, the quality of the... food did not match the exceptional service, especially for the price. Chicken fingers and fries for $15+ when the chickenfingers tasted like something you could be in the freezer section of Market Basket. It's a shame because I loved going toFriendly's when I was a child. The service is still true to its roots but unfortunately the food quality has taken a nosedive. Read more
Waitress was fantastic. Atmosphere i gave a 3 star only because the tables were small for our party of 4 normal-sized people.... And hey... get a restrooms sign! Food i gave a 1 because my sister was violently ill for 3 days after eating the stir frychicken. She even tried contacting them... tonsee if others complained of food poisoning, and to let them know that dish wasquestionable. Nobody got back to her. Bad customer service. Great table service though, wish I got her name. She was verypersonable, attentive, and sweet. Anyway - probably can't go wrong with the ice cream. We got our food pretty quickly. Food was good besides the cole slaw which had no flavor at all. Our waiter Randall was awesome!... Very friendly and attentive. If we needed anything he was right there immediately with it. Read more
Really like this Friendly?s & our server, Jay, is there most every time we go! He is very professional, efficient, hard-working,... kind & ?Friendly?! This is one of the only Friendly?s around (that I know of) that still serves breakfast! Even with shortenedstaff, all the workers do their best & try hard to keep their customers happy. I placed an order at 6:24 p.m for a curbside pick-up. My wife is disabled and has a hard time walking. She sat out in the... parking lot for over an hour and they didn't even start the order. She went in twice and was told it wasn't done yet. I calledthem to see what was going on and they didn't even pick up the phone. I'm very very disappointed in the service. It's a constantthing there where people have to wait so long to get served. If I could give you negative stars, you would get -5 stars, that'show bad the service is. Read more

Their food was amazing, we stopped here to get our daughter her last meal before she had surgery on her tethered spinal cord and... the price was amazing for a kids meal and included everything in it. She was so happy. She had a monster mash sundae and grilledcheese with French fries and a coke. All for $8.50 which was a GREAT price I'd say! Would definitely recommend. And we didcurbside pick up and it was very easy and convenient. Read more
