I understand the short staff and all but I came in and no one was there. No one in the drive through either. Super nice person... took my order the 3-4 people came in ordered and got there food. I had to go up to the counter and ask what's the issue. Theperson was nice as she bagged up my cold burger and fries. I understand the labor shortage and take all the time you need. I just ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger Combo at the Gardnerville, NV drive thru. When I said I wanted the Combo I was asked... what I wanted to drink and what size. I asked for a Coke but was confused by the "what size" question. I said I wanted the Comboand again I was asked "what size"? When I got to the window I paid for my order and asked the cashier if she could tell me if Ihad to choose the size of fries and drink I wanted when I ordered the combo would I still get the listed price for the Combomeal if I ordered large? She said "That's a good question." She got the manager to come to the window and right away he startedmaking excuses for the microphone, a new employee etc. I pressed him for an answer about what the list price of a Jumbo JackCheeseburger Combo included and he kept saying fries and a drink. No mention of the size. I kept pressing him for an answer andhe finally said "small" and turned his back on me and closed the order window. Wanted to go inside, but the doors were locked so I had to go thru drive thru. Employees were friendly & got my order out to me... pretty quick. However, I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. The tacos & fries were saturated in grease & limp.They were so soggy I couldn't eat them. Very unappealing. Read more
