Really Greasy & artificial flavors are not my thing .Was really disappointed I can't even say the coffee was good cause it... wasn't. Could not believe the Waffles they serve as I wouldn't give them to a dog.The worse Waffles I've had in my Life .I'venever given such a bad review to anything as there is alway's something good .Unfortunately I won't ever be going back to thisplace .The only thing that was ok was the young waitress. Food is great Service is bad. Simply they do not to work today I was served by one of the guys and I have to ask another person... to call the guy that has my table. Don't get a job and expect not to work there are other people that want to work and do thejob better. To management they need to open their eyes wide and make the right selection. I know is a hard to find good workerstoday as a manager I rather cover and let go the person that is lazy doing the job that is paid. When I talk to them they say Iam not paid enough to do the job. Regardless how Mach you pay a lazy person they just be the same I have found is not the moneyis the personality. Price is reasonable! Is the hot weather 95f outside inside was little warm. I made the mistake of ordering on DoorDash without reading the reviews and I was like aww mannnnnnn. But to my surprise,... preparation was prompt, I got everything I ordered and it was fresh and tasty. Ten times better than ihop delivery and my orangejuice tasted amazing. Read more
I visited this place for the first time and got to say I am really happy with the visit. I ordered butter-milk pancake,... mac-chess, and hot chocolate all of the dish and drink prep and cooked perfectly. Only small down part is that I guess thisplace is short staff, so be prepared for lil wait time after you being seated. When I visited there was only one young girl wasworking and serving food for at least over half of the stores table. I will visit this place again to try other new dishes. Read more
Ordered directly from their website for delivery...can't begin to explain how disappointed I am. To start off food arrived cold... and dried out. We warmed it up but that made some things worse. The food was tasteless, literally, no salt no seasoningnothing!! The sausage was so burnt it was hard as a rock. The hash browns were so overcooked you couldn't chew them. The platethey came in literally had holes in it from the food burning threw the dish, like they reheated it in the microwave before theysent it out for delivery. I tried recooking the eggs to add flavor but was so disgusted by everything else that I lost myappetite. Mozzarella sticks the cheese wasn't even melted and the mac and cheese was old with cheese added to the top before itwas reheated. Very upset i wasted $60 + on food we couldn't eat. I called and asked to speak to a manager just to ask what theprocess was for deliveries done directly through them and not a food delivery app and also to make a complaint about the food. The girl said there was no manager available and that they only have a manager on site early in the morning and I should callback tomorrow!! So it's just a bunch of employees with no manager?? I went to the store one month ago and the experience wasn't good because when I arrived to the store the lady was smoking... outside and she was upset because I interrupt her, she was the only worker at the store. I give another try today, I make theorder by phone for pickup, when I arrive nobody says: "Good Morning!" and the lady look with a face of no friends and just liftup her eyebrows. The guys from the kitchen (the cookers), they don't said "Good Morning" because they're busy looking thefootball game. That's the new way to say:"Good morning!"? Then they don't give you the receipt, you need to ask for one, I askabout a "To-Go Service Fee" on my receipt and they just show me a paper that talk about the limited supply chain and that theydon't want to limit the menu cause of that, and that they don't want to increase the prices. The charge is $0.49 but the thingis that they don't put that on the paper and they name it "To-Go Service Fee" not "Supply Chain Shortage Fee". The other thingis that they increase the prices but on the paper they says that they don't want to increase the prices, the MVP goes from $9.29to $10.79. And now I understand for what reason nobody is there, a Saturday morning and no customers there. About the food...the fries no cooked well, and the food is cold. Read more
