Do not Door Dash or Uber Eats this place. The ordered gets mess up all the time. They never have the items in the menu and make... their own prices when substituting them. So you never get what you ordered. As for refunds good luck getting your money back. Read more
I am most likely not ordering from here again. The pineapple smoothie tasted kind of funky, was disappointed about that. I didn?t even get the chance to eat here as I was planning a night out tonight. So I called to ask if we need reservations. Some... lady answered the phone very rudely, not welcoming at all, then proceeded to yell to her coworker in my ear, about some foodorders she was placing in while I?m still on the phone. For the record if you do not speak Spanish do not buy from here, incompetent and very rude staff and owner. With that being said... I?ve also had to return my food on multiple occasions because the meat in the food was spoiled, staff smelled it on more than 2occasions and apologized claiming they only serve the food it being bad has nothing to do with them. Beware please, my next stepis to contact fda etc. also if u scroll down and read the other comments you will see that this is an ongoing problem servingspoiled food and rude customer service. We ordered 2 beef empanadas for our 6 year old, she usually eats 4, she had 1 1/2 so i decided to finish it. Well instead of... beef it was chicken. Order was completely wrong. And i had to spit it out, it was sour, rancid, then i smelled it and infact itsmelled sour. I cant believe my daughter ate something that was bad. I called them to let them know that the order was wro g andbad and all the lady said was thank you for letting us know. She didnt offer us beef or anything else. Terrible. I was there off peak so it was empty, but the atmosphere was still there. It's set up like a lounge and has a great living room... feel. It looks great for Friday nights, sporting events etc...I ordered a Cuban and a Papaya smoothie. The Cubano was toasted toperfection with the right combo of ingredients, it was top notch. Based on the reviews maybe I caught it today on a bad day. Our food was extremely extremely greasy. We?re Puerto Rican and... Dominican, and we know mangu has its fair share of oil but this was a lot. My Cuban sandwich tasted like salt and grease. I gaveit the three stars because the customer service is great.
