We went to Steve?s burger on palisade ave in Garfield and we arrived at 5:50pm. They didn?t take our order because they closed... at 6pm. I feel like if you close at 6pm then stop taking orders at that time because technically your still open at 5:50pm. Iwas not happy at all with the service. Read more

I found this dinner as I was driving thru town. I was craving for a good sandwich. I saw they make Cheese Steak Sandwiches-I... went in. They took my order right away. I was fortunate enough to eat inside once I was served. This is a hole in a wall typeof place but they offer a good variety of Burgers and Sandwiches. I was not disappointed once I got my Cheese Steak Sandwich. I opted for the sautéed Onions, Peppers and Mushrooms. They serve the well seasoned meat with plenty of cheese on a toastedhoagie type bread. I tell you what- it is delicious, I had others from a local sandwich franchise and this Sandwich takes thelead it truly is a great tasting Cheese Steak Sandwich, it?s not false advertising when claim to have the best. Now besides theplace being a small place, the only gripe for me are the French Fries. They can use some improvements, not sure why they whereso dark, they where not burned. I've always gone to Steves on RT 46. That was one is the best. But this Steves on the blvd of Garfield down the down from... Walmart is also very yummy. I could eat their burgers everyday. Steve's burger (the burgers name) one I always tell people whoare going for the first time is a must have. Prices are fair. Our meal came out to 30$. My boyfriend and I try to stick witheatting at local restaurants and Steve's by far has the best local burgers! Read more
The burgers were pretty good. The restaurant is in a cute little trailer which I thought was pretty awesome. The prices were... just about right with the quality of the burger. They have their own drinks which I thought were interesting. I was not able totry their root beer due to them running out. The place is small but the time we went was not busy so we were able to get a seat.There were many people that were ordering to go. Read more
I had heard so much about Steve?s Burgers I was anxious to have one. I finally got there and I was so disappointed. I ordered... a hamburger no cheese, and waited what seemed like a long time while large orders were being processed. My burger was dry,overcooked and tasteless. Never will I recommend this joint to anyone. Read more
