Completly unprofessional of your employee to not offer a refund or anything to justify the missing item other than to come pick... it up. As an order through DoorDash, if I wanted to pick it up, I would have. Which making two trips would be even moreinconvenient. She says, have a nice day and hangs up the phone! Then won't answer the phone at all after callingagain. Editing from 1 to 4 stars. I love the wings. It's the online ordering they seem to mess up but have since been redeemingthemselves. For some reason you cannot order a 6piece wings alone, you HAVE to get the combo and pay more if you want the 6. I ordered a 10... piece wings and only received 9. Had delivery and they got the order correct which was a big plus! Loved the corn bites (like i dream of them) and loaded fries... with ranch! Regular cheese fries were ok. Hubs got the chicken wings which he said were good but not the best he has had. Wouldorder from them again! Read more
My boyfriend and I ordered some wings and a spicy corn side order. I cannot express enough how delicious the corn side order is!... It is deliciously and and perfectly spicy! I'm hooked. I ordered the lousiana rub and honey bbq buffalo wings. I won't order thehoney bbq again because there was nothing special about it but the lousiana rub was delicious. Also perfectly spicy! I ordered from them and literally found ANTS in my wings. I was so disgusted that I called them and they said if I wanted I... could bring back the wings and they will make me a new order. Why would I even want to eat from there ever again? I said no andthey did not even offer a refund. They did not seem surprised this even happened. I've never felt so disgusted. Read more
