I was there getting gas....strangely a young lady stated she couldn't get her card out of the pump debit card machine....and... asked me to help....it came out rather easily....which makes me wonder....if this was some sort of scam....to get me to touchthe card....I certainly hope not???? it's a shame you can't trust.....or help people anymore..... Was at the register paying for my items and the manager (I assumed) was publicly scolding another employee on how he was going... to lock his cellphone in the safe if he catches him on it one more time! Im so done with this get go, the new kitched staff is slower and worse than ever. Theres more employees and they're terrible. I... put an order in, 5 minutes later 2 other people put orders in and they got their food first. I get a simple egg sandwich andthis is what i get, the pepper container must have opened up and POURED on my sandwhich and i was still served this. This isawful and not the first time. The employees behind the registers are equally as bad as the younger kids will rest their heads onthe register as they ring you up. I almost never get gas here but this time I filled up on empty. I am driving a 2019 Subaru. I have never experience such trouble... with my vehicle so bad that it feels like I'm driving something worse than a 2012 engine. It got to the point I couldn't evenget home without turning my car off and turning it back on because I was so concerned with how it was acting. After someresearch I was told to report the incident to the gas station manager. When I called the store the gas station manager took itupon himself to argue with me stating that no one else had called about a problem. I told him that I had only driven from there2 miles before I turned my vehicle off and went to school. On my way home is when I noticed the issue which is right now. Hecontinue to argue stating that no one else has called reporting anything, I went on to say maybe others don't notice it but Idefinitely do and it is not to be argued it is to be fixed. I also told him I have no problem driving my car up there again sohe can see for himself he said that won't be an issue. But I do not feel confident that he's going to do anything about it;seeing as he rushed me off the phone without getting information not even asking for the pump that I was on, saying "there's noproblem." I was told to report the issue and I did and I would hope that GetGo gas station will acknowledge this post andcontact me with some information. Thank you. Read more

The sole reason I drive out of my way to go to this getgo, and subsequently the Giant Eagle, is that the air pump are free and... easy to use. However nearly everytime I'm here, those pumps are out of order. I refuse to spend money here when the perk theyoffer to attract business is consistently not available. Will update if they ever consistently fix this issue. Read more

Bathrooms were horrible nasty, one toilet fully clogged with toilet paper, the other stall was out of toilet paper, hand soap... dispenser was busted, paper towel holder taped on to the wall... cashier did not ask if we wanted a receipt, just automaticallycrumpled it up to throw it away, and there was a layer of dirt and dust on the bottom row of candy at the registers, you couldtell it hadn't been moved in forever... glad I didn't plan on buying any food there! Always my go to for getting gas. Love the fuel perks and it's usually not too busy so I can always find a spot. And air is free... so when I need to fill my tires I can. Staff isn't too bad, can't complain. Check out time is fast and they have a goodselection of food and drinks. You can also order a sub and they make it for you there. Usually takes a few minutes but they'repretty good. And they have about 10 or so tables by the window that you can sit down at and eat or meet people at. Also thebathrooms are beautiful. I am DONE with this Gas station. We went there not too long ago and the staff was rude and didn't stock ANYTHING. This manager... must be a clown and surely doesn't care after I had called the first time after a racial slur. We gave this circus of a businessanother chance and we went there not too long ago in a bit of a hurry and the manager was a 1 1/2 hour LATE. Looks like this isa frequent thing with this company looking at the previous review. We will not be returning. This place is a JOKE and GiantEagle should be ashamed to have staff like this. Read more
