Very nasty and dirty. Worst MDs I have EVER stepped foot in. From the moment my foot hit the floor it was sticky. The counter... behind the register was nasty. The counter where they were preparing food was nasty nasty. There were flies all over the place.Walls were nasty the dining room area was nasty with stuff on the floors and under the tables. DO NOT EAT HERE. I don'tunderstand how the health dept. passes this nasty dirty store. I will NEVER eat here. 1 star is too much credit. Read more
Drive Thru in the evening is super slow. This was fast food, not wait 35 minutes food. Quality is decent.
Literally hired some school dropouts or homeless found on the street. For one, I made it clear multiple times in the Drive-Thru... that I wanted a Spicy Chicken but they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. Not only that, but when I pull up to the window, Itell them can I get my food reheated since it?s cold, & they catch an attitude. Don?t be mad at me since you couldn?t finishschool & getting paid minimum because that?s your fault. Rockside McDonalds puts this McDonalds to shame with the bums theydecided to hire. Read more
Ordered chicken nuggets during lunch they must cooked them during breakfast too bad I didn't feel like driving back to complain.... Arrived home nearby the nuggets were dry, hard the crust was separating from the meat. New building but terrible food, lazyemployees don't cook food freshly ???????? Read more
Bought a double quarter pounder and it was served with old meat went to get a new one and it was served raw undercooked went... back in the lady gave me attitude saying it looked fine i use to work and manage a mcdonalds and i took a bite and there wasundercooked meat bleeding almost puked i thought it was supposed to be cooked to order the patty looked dry cracked andunseasoned very disappointed the attitude was unwarranted and very displeased with the outcome would not recommend eating hereand refused to give a refund because the ?sandwich looked good and the order was giving to me? A joke. Served me BURNT Food. Didn?t bother going back to refund cause it was clearly non edible and they gave it to me anyway.... I used to work fast food. I've been "loving it" since I was a child. I will forever be a McDonald's fan. But THIS Mickey D's had the fastest service I've... EVER experienced in McDonald's history of a drive through. I would drive from Cleveland, to Garfield, just for this superiorservice. Keep up the great work! Read more
