Knowing Tom and Patty, we visited to check out how their talents were utilized in their food cart. We were delighted to be... \"blown away\" by the Chicken Teriyaki bowl and the Spam bowl. Both were not only laden with our meat choices, but also hadgenerous helpings of fresh grilled vegetables and delicious rice. We easily could have paid twice the price and been satisfied. What a fabulous find in downtown Garibaldi! I’ve been there twice in the last 24 hours. Probably will eat there again tonight.... Yummy food and friendly service. My wife, kido and I were looking for a place to eat while visiting Garibaldi. While driving... through town, we saw a food cart pod and at the north end of town, which catch our attention. One of our go to restaurantsclosed down, so we decided to check it out. Upon arrival, we were disappointed that only one of the carts was open. However wehave it a chance and are very happy to have found Chibi Teriyaki. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl was great - the meat was tender, andcooked very well. Our son got a grilled cheese sandwich, which was also very good - soft bread and a lot of cheese! The ownerswere working the cart and were very welcoming and friendly. The prices were great - I’m used to paying near double for lessquality in Portland, so this was a great find.
