The food is always great.. but the service is terrible. Came here this morning with my family we waited about 20 minutes after... being seated for a server. She finally comes takes our drinks order then another 20 minutes and haven't gotten a water and akids drink. Then are food all came out different times also. Which is unprofessional in my opinion because you're there as afamily. You'd want to est together. Everyone got their food 10 minutes apart, except my fathers meal. His took another 20minutes and all he had was a Buffalo salad. Literally the simplest thing on the menu and he gets his last. Our serve Lilith wasnice but hardly checked on our table maybe 2 times. For our drinks and the food. I would say get better employees pr show themhow to respect the customers that are there paying for a meal and tipping them. Read more
The waitress we had was really nice! She made sure we were well taken care of. We had a large party and 2 of our orders were not... correct and she had no problem taking them back to the kitchen to get them fixed. The food was tasty. I had the Buffalo chickensandwich and it had the right amount of sauce on it! My fiancee had the orange flavored wings and the buffalo wings. He saidthey were good, too. My order was assumed togo because I walked in alone. Which is fine as that's a reasonable assumption. While sitting on a call... while waiting for food the staff was very attentive. In fact too attentive! Which isn't a bad complaint. They cleaned my tablewhich seemed to be a mess from the closing staff and got me a water + utensils. My husband and 2 kids came in at 8:04p today. They didn't come get our drink order until 8.20p then 8.25p they finally came and... got the food order. Then they brought our food one at a time 15 minutes apart. We didn't finally leave until 9:27p. Second time coming to this place, it was not that busy around 8pm on a Thursday night. The wait time for the food was about... 20-25 minutes. They have the buy one get one free for boneless (Thursday) so it was a good amount for 3 people to share a 10piece (20 total) Read more
