We received our order with missing items. We asked for the two items and they handed us a bag that we should have inspected more... because although it had 2 items the second item was a smaller order of something we ordered a larger order of, mozerrallasticks, which were disgusting. They werent busy at all only 2 people in drive thru and no one on the inside i ordered a double whopper with bacon and cheese... and got a single whopper with bacon and cheese it was like they either didnt know what a double was or couldnt read the order.However i let bueger king know and they gave me credit for the mess up so that alone isnt enough to get 3 stars with everythingelse that this building did on messing up with how slow they were cause i see it as your slow not busy you shouldnt be messingup any order at all Read more
I would NOT recommend this location at all! EXTREMELY slow, employees appear high and lost. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru... with no cars in front or behind me, on a 6pc nuggets and small fries. Never again! Read more
My husband brought us dinner on Saturday February 5 and Whoppers was cold and dry and not fresh and the fries was not hot . I... was very disappointed. I called to inform them about the food no one answered. I will not go back to burger again . What I don?tunderstand why would they serve you old food that been sitting for awhile. Walked in, had two people waiting on food and one person in line in front of me. It was 11am, The person in front of me still... had not been waited on when I decided to leave 25 mins later at 11:25 am. They had only 3 people working and were focusing onthe orders from the drive thru. Read more
Sergio (assistant manager?) Refused to honor my tmobile deal from them. This is the only way I could afford dinner tonight. I... asked him multiple times if there was anything he could do but he refused to even try anything and was rude about it. Left thestore crying. He'd rather someone go hungry than honor the deal. Hector is honestly the best employee at this location. I always know it?s him when I go to the drive thru by the way he greets... people! He is always smiling, has a great attitude and makes me want to go back. I wish more restaurants had service like whathe provides. I did mention this to his manager, but I think it?s important to give credit where credit is due! This guy deservesa promotion! His customer service will get him far!
