I had a horrible experience at this place when there speaker broke and I couldn't hear them they only got half my order and I... couldn't hear them tell me that thet didn't have the B.L.T cuz they ran out. til I got to the window and asked the guy aboutthem and when I tried to order at the window cuz there speakers are broken he said they can't do take orders at the windowsanymore cuz of COVID. which I understand but their speakers were broken and when I told him this. he got mad at me and told methat I would just have to speak louder. I suggest going elsewhere for your food cuz they don't have the same customer servicethat they used to. Read more

First timer at burger street and let me say they have fresh and tasty burgers. It is on the upside for pricing for a fast food... burger. However, definitely worth every buck. The staff is friendly and quick. I would say it is a hidden gem. They do not haveinner dining however they have an outdoor patio which you can enjoy your meal at. This was my first time of going to Burger Street and it was phenomenal! I had the# 2 Double meat & cheese burger combo ( $10 )... which came with curly fries in a 20 oz drink. The burger came with lettuce, tomato, Purple Onion , mayonnaise and mustard. Itwas very juicy and super delicious! The manager, Dustin, was very professional and informative... both him and his associategave excellent customer service! I will be returning! Read more
Drove up to the window at about 9 o'clock and the lady working yelled at the speaker they weren't taking anymore orders and... didn't say anything else. Hours say they close at 11 so I was just confused. No point questioning it. Went to Sonic instead Read more
