Went there today! Never again! I get a bowl with chicken. First of all the guy barely put any chicken on there. I ask for more... then he says it?s extra. When I say okay, I want EXTRA, you get more than you do when you first ask then they want to charge anextra $3.00. Do it right the first time and I don?t have to ask for extra! This chipotle is a hit or miss. I go here pretty often as it is close to my house. Sometimes they are good, others they aren?t.... I always order through the app. Pick up is always a pain seeing how they have it set up to put the orders on a shelf, but the nolonger use it so you have to go to the register. It?s always congested as you have people getting there foos there and you aretrying to get your food. Half the time the chips are stale and they skimp pretty good on meat. I always get chicken and therewas very little of it in my last bowl. Also paid almost 5 bucks for stale chips and have a container of queso. Hopefully theywill get better sooner or later but I?m thinking of taking my chances at a different location for a while. Stale chips, lowportions, sloppy delivery is unacceptable for 15 bucks worth of food. Read more
This place?s quality of food and service have gone done the crapper. For $11 Barbacoa, you would think you get more than a... spoonful of meat! $11 FOR A SPOON OF MEAT! And try asking for extra rice, they give you an eye roll because they?ve spread thespoon of rice at the bottom of the bowl to make it look like you have a whole bowl of rice. Are you freaking kidding me- rice!?!And the service to check out- you wait and wait until they fill out pick-up order. I?m sorry, I thought you should take care ofthe customers that are in person then you do pick-up orders.
