!!!NO LONGER PAYING FOR POOR SERVICE!!!! This is my 4th time randomly visiting this place. And they either closed early because... they run out of chicken. So, I ask: Question: what is Church's Chicken with no chicken? Answer: A church on Sunday morning withno Pastor and No chicken, no worth much!!!!! On 9/14/2022, Ashley the so called manager was on duty and proceeded to tell meonce again, they had no chicken and there was a 15-20 minute wait. I asked are you giving me a free drink or biscuit for thewait? She said she has been told over and over by her boss and upper management that they cannot offer anything to the customersfor not having fresh chicken on hand when customers arrive. Look, I think service is going down with the economy. How aremanagers able to remain in position when they do not properly plan each day or week for chicken. And how dare you not havechicken and then not even offer the customers a free drink, water, biscuit. As, I begin to ask Ashley for more information so Icould write it down. Went to church's on on Walnut St. In Garland TX. Ordered a 12pc.mix with 2 sides the sign stated $27.00 but the women that took... my order stated it was $52 and change. I asked her shhhhh the high price she stated the white meat prices went up and there wasno update on the menu. I waited 15 mins before they even said anything on the intercom and when they did to tell me this bogusmess. I've have been going to church's chicken for a long time and now y'all pull this mess you have truly lost a customer andhad to give my money elsewhere. Only one car in front of me when I arrived. I got the #2 combo with fries. I got my order in a reasonable amount of time. When I... got home, no fries. I tried to call, but no one answered and the voice-mail wasn't set up to take calls. The chicken was good,but I can't give above 3 stars when the order was wrong and unable to discuss the issue withanyone. ******************** Changing from 3 to 5 stars.
