Not satisfied at all, don't know what happend to this Denny's... Staff never comes to check if we need refills, food is just... thrown together, fries were more oily than a old Chevy 350, got served with a fork and spoon to eat a big dipper melt ??? Askedfor knife and got a plastic one.. i could go on but I'm on 1% battery. Oh and no refills on apple juice anymore... Read more
Patricia was a good server, and I was impressed that she could remember complex orders without writing them down. Coffee is... always hot, but it's no five-star restaurant. Happy they accept the AARP card, because us old folks are cheap. Read more
First off we chose curbside and when we parked the person up front acted like we didn't exist, so I go in and the attendant... handed me 2 packages and as I get to the truck my husband asked where his coffee was so I go back and told her that we didn'tget the coffee or the smoothie we had ordered ???? so she make that but when we get home I am missing my pancakes and myhusband was missing his toast. They say they are open at 6am but when I went I got there early and waited patiently and 2 workers showed up at 5:56am and I am... guessing one is the manager. They opened the door and I asked when can I come in and they said 30 minutes. I left and wentDunkin Donuts instead. Don't advertise that you are open at a specific time and show up 4 minutes before that time and tellcustomers that they have to wait another 30 minutes because you are not open Read more
I absolutely enjoyed our meal and our experience here my server was amazing! She made sure we always had refills on our drinks,... was very polite, and was over all just a delightful person. I wish I could remember her nameso she could get the recognition shedeserves. Read more
I went here last night around 9:30pm and the doors were locked. There were people inside eating. There was also a guy who... literally walked in right before we tried to to eat. We saw a lady in the kitchen cooking and dropping food. We knocked on thedoor and she waved her hands to say we're closed. On their website it said they closed at 12am. I haven?t been to Denny?s in years because of the customer service, but decided to give it another shot and I?m glad I did.... Although our waitress was extremely business, she always made sure to tend to us and make sure we were taken care if with aSMILE ???? on her face the entire time. ???? She never complained or made excuses about being busy, she communicated well andit made our visit very enjoyable. Not to mention the food was great and our orders came out exactly as we asked for them.???? Ialso love their new coffee mugs! ?? We?ll definitely be back and I will ask for her again.
