I\'ve found my new favorite drink, ginger milk tea with boba! It was awesome! I took off a star because the customer service is... not there. None of the customers were greeted and the person who assisted me literally had her face in her phone typing a textand laughing before she acknowledged my presence.\n\nThe atmosphere is very nice. Feng Cha is the BEST place that serves cheese creme caps!! It is not too salty like other places, in fact it is just the right... amount of sweetest to add more flavor into your drink. Also, I love that they give you sizable amount for the creme (well worththe price)! Feng Cha uses reusable cups and caps as well. Their cafe is always well decorated and stocked with the two bearplush. Additionally, there are some board and card games available! Read more

Visited during their soft opening. Ordered a taro milk tea and the lemon fruit tea. We were the only people there initially and... after ordering a rush of people came it. It took almost 20 min to have our drinks ready.\nThe taro milk tea was pretty good andstandard like most places. Lemon tea was a lot more sweet than expected, especially after the cashier mentioned it was more of abitter drink. Also we ordered the same size drinks, but the fruit tea was much smaller. This wasn\'t a huge issue though, different types of drinks so maybe that\'s why?\nBut what bothered me the most was that the lemon fruit tea was already a smalldrink, but for some reason they decided to add an entire whole lemon in the drink which made there be even less to drink. Andwith the lemon inside it made it difficult to move the straw around, and it just didn\'t make sense to add an entire large lemoninside a small drink.\nOverall customer service was friendly, place was clean. Hopefully the actual opening date will be muchmore improved.\n\nTwo Year Update:\nHave since ordered from here several times (majority of times ordered through uber eats).Things have def improved since when they\'ve opened. Probably one of the much better boba shops in the garland area. Wouldcontinue to keep coming. Read more
