Used to go the one on Josey Lane for years till they closed. Found this location and have been enjoying the food and customer... service for 5 years now. The place is always clean and the staff is very kind and direct. The soups and dishes are out of thisworld! Almost done in trying the whole menu, and will continue coming here with my family for years to come. Best dine in andtakeout. They only do cash and it's worth it! Read more
The noodle in my seafood with crispy noodle was hard & stale, not crispy at all. I told the waitress about it & wanted her... to take it back, instead, she argued with me & refused to take it back. Another time, I ordered scallion beef, and the whiteonion tasted sour & rotten. Read more
Food is good but beware of CASH only!!!
The customer service here is absolute GARBAGE!! It hurts to say this as the food is really good, but the people in charge have... no manners and are so stingy and greedy. After placing large orders they only want to give you one small container of hot sauce.After kindly asking for more they always make a big deal out of it saying no that they can?t. Like hello, 1 hot sauce will notbe enough for this large order and you have plenty in the back. They also start talking amongst each other in their languageafter you confront them about it, which I assume are not kind words about your small request. Extremely slow service but pretty authentic chinese food. I was surprised that they only took cash payment too.
I had a very large takeout order consisting of pounds of duck, roast pork and char siu. With such a large order, I am used to... receiving some type of thank you gift. However, it took a bit of haggling for them to finally give us some chicken feet on thehouse. This experience showed me why other reviewers have disliked the customer service. I don?t know where the complaints come from cause I always order, 711-Black marinated mushroom duck, and the service is always... the same! The young lady taking orders is fast and takes orders quickly. She answers the phones, talks to the cooks in the back,bags orders, and no telling what else. Yes, CASH ONLY and i like it that way. The food is AMAZING every time I order and I?veordered the whole duck as well...I could go on and on. I highly recommend this authentic Cantonese restaurant. HIGHlY! Alert! This will be my LAST time going to this place to buy roasted meat. I have never run into such problem before. I brought 2... lbs of roasted pork here in the morning approximately 11:30am went home right after and have the first bite it was sour and themeat texture was sticky/ slimy. The smell was awarful too, like the meat was old. I called the resturant and letting them knowabout the problem, the person on the phone said "bring it we will exchange it" then he hang up.( I live 30 mins away!) so Ihave to drive back to the resturant and the 2 people that was there giving me attitude and couldn't even let me talk. So I toldhim I don't want to exchange I just want my money back, and the other guy shows anger and started to point ( digust gusture). Ipaid them $25 and they only given me back $18 like what????? When I confront him about it he said idk. No alpologize nonothing. I wish they could have handle the situation better. Read more
