Our first time and decided to try it after church. Not bad. Everything was decent until my husband got his cheeseburger and... didn?t have any lettuce tomato and onion. Same with my burger, didn?t come with the dressings. Super weird. Then they were outof jalapeños and ranch. So we couldn?t really enjoy our onion rings. I don?t know if we will come back and if we do, it will beto just remind them to have all the fixings before we order. Read more
Has definitely gone down in quality and experience. Recently my orders have been wrong. My most recent drive thru visit my order... was wrong so I called the store and was told to bring the burger back across town or save my order and bring the entire orderback the next day so they can fix it. Do not recommend this location. I see why the "now hiring" sign has been up for the last 2years. Read more
Good burger and fries. ???????? (Drive-thru) Service was timely and polite, although I didn't receive any napkins in my bag.... Next time I'll also ask for ketchup. I modified my burger order to remove one of the included veggies (onion). It had a fewbites worth of diced onion in the lettuce. ???? Be careful if you have allergies or severe food aversion. Accuracy and extraslike complimentary ketchup packets and napkins would make it a five star fast food experience. Confused why there's only onesize (seemed small to me) order of fries????? For $2.59. I was looking for a place to eat on Google Maps when I saw that there was a Griff's nearby. When I was young we use to go to the... Griff's in San Antonio on Pleasanton Rd. We would go there as a family. The prices were good and the hamburgers were awesome.The buns always had such a wonderful flavor. We could buy five burgers for a dollar. They had a contest which consisted ofeating 3 giant burgers. If you could complete the challenge, you would have your name placed on a list displayed in the store.My brother made that list. It was nostalgic today as I sat in Griff's eating a burger and fries. The hamburger was good as werethe french fries comparatively to my memory. Went to Griff?s today and ordered two #1?s and a #2 with onion rings. The meat on the burgers was over cooked, the edges burnt,... and here are my onion rings. All stuck together and not fully cooked. The person taking my order could not get it right (and itwas a simple order) and the chick at the window basically threw the food at me.
