These guys are pretty hard workers and great customer service! The line was wrapped around so we decided to eat inside instead.... They cleared that line pretty quick though! Inside was clean and Travis (I think that was his name?) gave the little one asticker sheet. She was all excited! When we were leaving, the older gentleman with glasses thanked us for eating there. In-N-Out burger is definitely a unique flavor experience. The fries in particular are an absolute revelation - you taste them... and wonder why ALL fries don't taste as good as these. First class. Also, the Double Double is a burger delight which combinedwith the traditional paper hats and uniform styling transports you right back to the coolest 1960s American burgerdiner. Gorgeous! ???? Tasty burgers. Animal style is the way to go on the fries and burger in my opinion. Fries are not as good as other places but... they are pretty good?just eat ?em while they?re hot! Asking for fries well done is also much better?they come out crispier andmuch more delicious. Read more

NOT THE TASTE OF A TEXAN! DON'T HATE CAUSE OF THE REVIEW! Okay, so all this time I wanted to try a In and Out Burger. All I've... ever heard is how this joint is the equivalent (or even better) than the Texas favorite, Whataburger. Jesus, this place doesn'teven scratch the surface of a Whataburger. Let's dissect this. The standard In and Out Cheeseburger (that I had). It's small,the bun is wimpy, the meat is super small, and the onions are raw. The standard Whataburger cheeseburger is large, thicker meat,well seasoned meat, and higher quality cheese. The In and Out fries taste like cardboard. Whataburger's is not the greatest onfries (only McDonald's is king), but they beat this place hands down. The chocolate shake I had tastes like fake ice cream(nothing like a Braums milkshake). Final verdict, if you're a In and Out fan, more power to you. But this place makes meappreciate Texas food so much better! Read more

Imagine my frustration tonight (12/8/2022) when I pick up my patty and it falls apart because it wasn't fully cooked I called... and received a call center which honestly is a great business model because it allows the employees in the store to focus on thebest aspect of their job (creating delicious burgers) instead of being preoccupied with phone calls all day. However I becamequite upset when the call center employee told me that I could not return for a remake another day. It's cold and rainy heretonight. I'm not coming back out tonight for a correction to a mistake that should've been avoided. The patties are thin,there's no reason it should not be cooked throughly. The solution she offered me was a gift card via postal mail. There was noe-gift card option. That seems a bit archaic, the refund to your debit card is just as slow The conflict resolution is very poorand does not make me feel valued at all. Read more
