The food was really good. The people waiting on me were really nice but seemed inconvenienced that they had to make 2 sandwiches... for me because they had a big online order. Other locations make better sandwiches. The sandwich here has less tuna, I only eat this. They put tuna and other stuff in... the middle, the end was very little or nothing. I rarely order here unless It is on my way. Read more
Sandwich was good - but the Cubano doesn't come with lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise.
Love JJs but unfortunately this location has been a disappointment. I've ordered twice, once through Uber Eats and it took... nearly 3 hours and today via their website and it still took nearly an hour and a half. The motto is "Freaky Fast" delivery andthis location seems to have the opposite approach. I called in to check on the order and they told me they only had one driverworking... during lunch hours. I understand it can be hard to find good help but this is unacceptable. I'll only be doing pickuporders from now on at this location because the delivery is extremely unreliable. Read more
Slower than Subway with less ingredients. Employee would rather spend more than several minutes putting some containers away,... than just immediately start two identical slim sandwiches. The chores could've waited, especially for the money it costs to buysome bread and toppings. And the manager and/or owner here has major issues selling fresh bread, and day old bread is neveravailable. This location is not like the others I've been to. Read more
Placed online order @8:22pm. They close at 9pm. My wife got there to the door at 830pm and they?re locking up. Tells her they... stop taking online orders at a certain time and it was voided. I call to verify and the ?GM? states they ran out of bread.Either way, money will be refunded in a few days?! Solution: have your online system not take orders if you cant make theorder. Closed at 8:50pm ten minutes before they?re actually suppose to be closed. I just wanted a couple of the day old breads. Lame.
Great and positive energy! I love going to this location!! Very clean and the team is very friendly. I think this spot has the... best sandwich in this area! Update 11-4-2022 I had lunch there and they are still up to par on service. Greeting customer's asthey enter Eric is always there when I visit and is one of the kindest people I have seen in retail!!
