place a order at 10:05am on the ordering kiosk. Took the number to the cash register to pay and had to wait till 10:15am to pay... because there was nobody there. On the store screen it showed the order in process. When I asked for my order they said theywould work on it. 10:45am and when I ask again they said even tho I ordered at 10:05am they ran out and it wasn't breakfastanymore. Have in mind I ordered and paid before all this. They could give me something else. Asked for my money back and theysaid there wasn't anything manager and to pick something else from the lunch menu. Never got my money back or any food. Managernever showed up. By the way there is a young African American girl with long hair that kept laughing at the situation. Literally been sitting here for 15 minutes stuck in the drive through. I can't even drive off because I'm blocked in. I should... have known not to stop at the McDonald's in the hood. Meanwhile there is 8 parking spots they could use to move that car out thedrive through to let others get their orders. Read more
If there was a zero star I would give a zero star 30 minutes in line 9:26 p.m. and nobody has taken our order. We drove farther... out of our area to try to make the wait faster and it was twice the time it is ridiculous how long you have to wait for a Happymeal! When is a drive-thru and fast food! My question is... Why make people wait 1hr! 9:34pm counted 5 people in the restaurantwith most of them were on the phone! Read more
Really bad customer service at this McDonals. Took for ever just to do our meal and on top of that they got my order all wrong,... all they do is scream all the time we were there. I have a headache now. Not coming back to this place, EVER. Read more
Update 5/24/22- They ruined this teacher?s breakfast. I ordered a chicken biscuit with a round egg added, and 2 hash browns. I... received only one hash brown in the drive thru and had to request the other. Then when I got to work I opened my sandwich tofind they added CHEESE not an egg, and that there was a clothes fiber on my food. Disgusted, irritated, and mad to say theleast. The employees here are extremely rude and aggressive. The teenager at the drive thru window distributing food closed the window... on me in mid sentence of me explaining what I needed fixed. The employee Kiana stated the teen at the window was her first dayand didn?t know her name. The teen rolled her eyes and huffed & puffed and was aggressive during my experience here. My Big Mac& cheeseburger including fries did not exceed expectations, the sprite was disgusting. The teen employee attempted to hand me asprite half full & became irate when I asked to add ice to it. I had to drive to the Rockwall location to get new food made. Idid not feel safe going back to get my refund here. I have never experienced this type of customer service at any McDonald?sbefore. Horrible. Just Horrible service. I went through the drive thru and ordered two 20 piece nuggets. They charged me two 20 piece... nuggets. So...thats 40 nuggets....Right? They give me my food, but theres only one 20 piece order. I have to park and go inside.I let them know i only got half my order. They give me another bag with nuggets.
