I wait about an hour on the drive thru I place my order 20 piece chicken nuggets , two medium fries and a drink I had a coupon... on the app when you 20 piece chicken nuggets you get two fries any size so I was on the drive thru like almost an hour so when Icome to the window the guy tell o system is down I can't take the coupon which get me upset waiting for an hour and they don'tmention anything about that when I was ordering so he say he cannot do anything he doesn't even try to scan the coupon so I askfor a manager and Mr manager Brandon he say he can't do anything ask him to do something about it I never ask for free food andon this case it wasn't my fault so I telling call your supervisor or something so he tell me no he also say you can callcorporate like he doesn't care so they take a long time to charge me and at the they don't respect my coupon I had it was a verybad bad experience . I know this is a McDonald's but man, the service for the dine in is slow. Waited over 25 minutes for a small order and on top of... that the tables inside were so gross, looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Drive thru is okay. I know it's fast cheap food. And not a 5star restaurant. But man. fresh fast food would be so much better that the 12 hour... old tasting burger I got. . And the (kids) working there were so busy laughing and having a great time it looked like.. theydidn't remember to give napkins. Or ketchup. Or the sause asked for and was told "it's in the bag." Management team must not know how to submit a work order to have the ice cream/milkshake machine repaired. A day is... understandable but over a week. I originally came here for a large Powerade but I seen on the menu it said ?if we don?t ask about u using the mobile app free... slushee on us? soooo I was about to start my order and the girl never asked me was I using it so I mentioned it and she asked mewhat kind I wanted and the manger hop on the intercom saying ?it only applies when the order is finished? so I said ?done? andshe was saying it was too late so I pulled up to the first window and the girl said go to the second one so I did that and themanager was like no were not giving it to u so she shut the window and I sat there bc I was about to pay for my Powerade and shesaid she was refusing service to me bc I wasn?t listening to her.
