This place was the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my entire life!!!! Now mind you I'm 48 I was insulted,offended,... threatened and the employee, he called me the "N" word. While the manager just stood there. There were four more peoplecomplaining about their order. I tried to call corporate and got nothing, not to mention there's never any ice cream! Have to change my chicken sandwich twice first when they give me the sandwich the meet looks really dark and dry the manager on... shift told me that she is going to make it fresh something that I really appreciate but when she came with my chicken sandwichit was really hot but real dark that mean they're not changing the oil where they are fried the chicken and that ruined thewhole texture and flavor from the chicken when you fry in a dirty and old oil please guys make this right Read more

Not a good experience. Had to wait 20 minutes in drive through because they close and lock their dining room at least an hour... before their posted dining room hours. I said nothing but I know from past visits they do this a lot. Then they treated me veryrudely and would not give me my food until I gave them my receipt. They treated me like I was stealing or something. When Iproduced the receipt there was no apology or anything. And they tried to keep the receipt. Read more

Extremely dirty, no hair nets, lazy manager, and uncaring, and extremely slow staff. Manager sat talking on the phone with her... feet kicked up while the drive through line was all the way around the restaurant, and staff was standing around talking, andthe floor was just nasty, took over 30 minutes to get my order, and it still wasn't right !!!! Placed an order on the kiosk. Grabbed a number for our table, thinking our order would be taken to the table. Nope. No napkins... at the fountain, both napkins dispensers were empty, went to the counter and informed them that the dispensers were empty. Shehanded me 5 napkins and went about her business. The food was decent, all of the tables were dirty. We are not returning. There was a young man working there that was entertaining, he was the only one enjoying his day, his shift was over at 1pmtoday. Read more

As soon as we walk in we are told to go to kiosk , kiosk was giving us issues , I was upset when I did ask the person on front... standing around to please take the order he then proceeded to tell me to not be upset talking to him ..how am I not supposed tobe frustrated? He keeps trying to lecture me instead of helping and taking my order..I ask for his supervisor to take my order,they side with him after he tries to tell his side of the story by telling me they cannot take my order at the register becauseof some policy...this is not ok when you have able bodied people that can take the order! No coke (or any other carbonated beverage) every other time I come here. Is it the machine or the person in charge of ordering?... They have signs up everywhere stating you need to ask for condiments when you order, frequently forget to put them in the bag,then roll their eyes and act irritated when you check your bag before leaving the pick-up window. Service is much better duringthe week, the weekend staff are a lot younger and as someone mentioned in another review they are more into their phones andgossip than production or customer service. You get what pay for I guess. My suggestion would be to have an older more seasonedmanager present on the weekends. The young girl I saw managing last weekend was pouting at the front counter, utilizing thestaff as her own personal emotional support system?-all while I stood waiting for someone to take my order.
