My love for OTB might be more sentimental then actual quality food. They are really hit or miss. Sometimes they press their own... tortillas but not all the time. Good food, especially liked the Mexican Grilled Chicken. Sopapillas were good too. House margaritas are over priced for... mediocre slushy style margaritas. This was our first visit to this particular location. We were quite disappointed with our experience as we are avid fans of the... company. It is easily nestled off the freeway and Google Maps takes you there. The wait was ten minutes (not bad). The buildingis stunning. Lot's of Latin art deco. Upon arriving to our booth, the floors were sticky. Lot's of food under the booth. I askedfor a table instead. Again, unclean. We asked a waiter to clean it. Manny was our server. Our food arrived and it was lukewarm.The flauta was burnt, and tamale was dry, and the beans were cold. The beer (on tap) tasted watered down. Manny however was achamp! He saw the look on my face and offered me a to-go order which I obliged. The chips were stale. Note: the manager on dutywas quite disengaged. In fact, he took Manny and the other servers off track. He was cussing and playing around with my serverin Spanish. Unfortunately, I understand the language, and found his behavior and and words to be a bit inappropriate. Overall,we were a bit disappointed with the entire experience. This location is in the new Firewheel community. However, there is not alot of pride in keeping it clean, inviting and professional. My son just ordered some food to go it was not what was pictured. We got 24 tortillas they are store bought not homade like... what you receive in the restaurant. The fries are not the same what they show online. They came in a Mr. Beast box and wassoggy. The rice had beans all throughout. We will never place another to go order again . Had a large catering order and 90% of taco shells were crushed or broken because they put them in a large plastic bag like chips... instead of a foil pan. The catering order was for a taco bar so everyone had to have taco salad instead. The picture in the foilpan are the only shells that qere salvageable. Read more
