They just couldn't get our order together the Waitress was nice and did her best. The Cook did his best, they took the meals... that were not right off our tab ( considering we never got it in the first place) offered us complimentary cheesecake never gotit! but overall the Atmosphere was good and we didn't have to wait long for a table so I will take that I guess. Was a bad night. Service is usually good but this time not so much. Ordered drinks and an app. Those came out quick. Our entree... order never made it to the kitchen. After about 45 minutes, the table next to us got their food, but they came in 30 minutesafter us. When we asked the waiter for an update, he kept avoiding us. Told the server to forget it. I was greeted by a gorgeous, curly-haired hostess with the sweetest attitude that sat us down quickly on a Sunday morning.... Cristella was an amazing server and always made sure that we were taken care of. Our Fried Mac n? Cheese bites came out quickand were the yummiest appetizers I could ask for. The Alice Springs chicken with Caesar salad was delicious and my partnerenjoyed their food as well. I wish I could?ve tried their dessert, but I?ll be sure come back and try it next time!! Our server was amazing! Kudos to her! My prime rib, not so much. Medium rare should not be tough as a boot. It had the right... cook, but the cut of the meat was not the best. The mac and cheese bites were really good!! The blooming onion is always good upto a point, it's like Frito pie, there's a tipping point of how much you can eat. I have to write a review, my server was so perfectly attentive and the dinner was fantastic. I was seated in Emma?s section. I... enjoyed the a strawberry salad starter, the lobster with rice and asparagus and took home dessert. My whole experience was aperfect vibe of eating out at a restaurant. Emma is a sweet girl, she kept my drink full and checked up on me at the righttimes. She made sure I had every thing I needed. I will definitely be back to enjoy dinner out again soon. Read more

Worst Outback customer experience I've had. No, worst restaurant experience I've ever had. It's surprising for a location that's... less busy than others from the franchise. When we went in, it was half full. Lot of empty seating. We waited about 7 minutes tobe seated. The waiter was very nice. Had drinks and bread for us right away. Another young man was helping him. We put our orderin after the table behind us. Then a big party came in & sat down and our waiter along with others waited on them. The tablebehind us got their food, so did the big party and we were still sitting there with no food after an hour of having beenseated. Waiter was nowhere to be seen. We asked the lady picking up the plates from the table behind us if our food was ready.She took no accountability whatsoever. No apology, said they had a lot of graduation parties so it might take awhile, eventhough I explained to her we were there before the restaurant filled up. She said she'd check on ot but didn't come back. Afterabout another 15 minutes we got up to leave. It was just getting ridiculous. Never saw our waiter again. Had to go somewhereelse to eat. Will not be returning to this location again. Customer service is clearly not one of their priorities or bestattributes. Read more
