Small, cute cafe in Firewheel. They had some interesting sounding pizzas so I had to order one. I ordered Noah’s (if you’re... wondering what pink sauce is like I was, it’s marinara with Alfredo. Food was great! The Palio’s florentine was really good with great flavor! But when it came time for dessert, whoever prepped... it grabbed the lemon cake with their bare hands and came out to grab a plate and we saw so it made dessert super unappetizing.And then when we explained what we saw to the server he didn’t believe us and told us that everyone was wearing food gloves.We saw what we saw. He took it back and brought another one. We hope. Also all of the desserts came out frozen. The pasta andpizza hit the spot. Don’t order the dessert. Just get tiramisu from Costco. The staff was very attentive and kind. This was my first time visiting this location and I had the Hawaiian cashew pizza, as... well as the baked ziti. I was very impressed by the combination of flavors in the pizza and the crunch of the cashews was a nicetouch. The pizza taste homemade and the manicotti was made on the spot. Definitely recommend!
