Been to the Garland location many times and have had fantastic experiences. Albeit, the last few times I have ordered the Napa... Almond Chicken Sandwich, there has been significantly less chicken salad in it. Don?t know if it is new staff making mistakes,new management trying to save on food cost or corporate implementing smaller portions for the same price to compensate forinflation. Either way, the last few experiences have been disappointing when it comes to consistency. Hope it changes or wewill take our business else where. Read more
I'm really picky about tuna salad Every other place I've gone to will let me have a sample taste. So I was really bummed and... surprised when the kid at the register told no and that I'd have to purchase something first. I got a Cup of broccoli soup for $6.16 I give the cashier: Ivan 7.00 dollars and she never gave me the change. I always tip,... there is no reason for her to keep the change with out asking. That was not nice. Read more
EAT! GO! SOCIALIZE WITH FRIENDS! This is a fairly new location in the Firewheel area. Clean and friendly staff. Normal Panera... Bread stock items, which we are know are scrumptious. Went here during the Memorial Day extended weekend, and they were wellstaffed and the food was hot and good quality. Definitely give them a visit if I the area. Read more

Usual breakfast spot on the way to work. Sometimes I order on the app and sometimes in drive thru. Very convenient! Every once... in a while they manage to mess up my egg and cheese on ciabatta and put bacon. But overall nice customer service and freshitems. Coffee is not my favorite and try to get it elsewhere. I came here the other day (using the drive through) and the lady working the speaker was very clearly not having a good day. The... rudeness in her voice was matched by her lack of ability to take my order correctly. I repeated myself many times before I wassure she was able to handle her job, but instead I received nothing I asked for. Not only that, the employee working the window,told me I needed to pull out of the drive through line after handing me the bag of items I hadn?t ordered, even though no onehad given me my card back or my beverage. Very very rude staff who lacks attention to the customers. For $40 worth of food, atthe very least, I expect to get what I am actually paying for. Then maybe I wouldn?t have been so upset about the fact it wasclear, no one wanted to be taking my order in the first place. Read more
