I?ve been to this restaurant many times before the pandemic and it was amazing and delicious.Me and my boyfriend went here the... first time the food was half cold and no seasoning or spices , it tasted bland like the food was downgraded , it tasted likePrepared Asian food I would buy ready to eat from the market to just microwave it and it?s done. The second time I went alone,and the food was still tasting like plastic and just didn?t taste the same as it used to and I would order the same thing asalways. I?m not sure if they hired a new cooking chef or the ingredients and quality just went downhill.. so sad Read more
I made an on line order of Firecracker chicken and it was so dry with hardly any sauce. It was hard dry chicken and noodles &... hardly any sauce. T h e chicken was overcooked and crunchy. My drink was not in the order & I paid for that. I called t h erestaurant 3 times when I got home & each time I was on hold for over 5 minutes. Called back again Thur when the resturantopen & again on hold for over 5 minutes. I want my money back, especially for a drink I did not receive. $35 down the drain. Dined in with my friend today. We went there, because my friend wanted Chinese take out style food, but I?m gluten free.... Honestly the gluten free options looked pretty plentiful, but I?m always skeptical of the food until I see how it makes me feel.The food came out fast, and the restaurant staff were really nice, but honestly this location just wasn?t that clean. There weregnats flying around while we were trying to eat, and like a ton of dead crickets in and around the entrance. It was just kind ofgross and ruined my appetite. Read more
Clean atmosphere, welcoming staff, and tasty variety recommend this location. We came for a Friday night meal, and we left... happy and full. Walter took great care of us, and our food was hot and delicious. Restrooms were also well maintained. Overall, a positive experience. Read more
Clean and welcoming atmosphere! Our family stopped by for lunch and the customer service was very friendly! Our only complaint... was that honey seared chicken dish was a bit too sour for our liking. I hope Pei Wei returns to dishes soon or turn towardsbiodegradable plates/utensil. Everything is now served in plastic containers and they only offer plastic utensils (regardless ofdine in or take out). Read more
It's been awhile since I've had Pei Wei. I was a little disappointed on today's trip. I usually love everything they have, but... today I had the drunken noodles, and the chicken didn't it taste fresh at all. I ate around it because it wasn't very pleasant.The kids portion looked a little sad, too. Very few chicken pieces. The flavor was there, though. Maybe a different locationnext time! Read more
Never hurts to stop for quick bite at this place lunch or dinner. Food and services was great and I'm glad they brought back... there green beans. Very happy about that however i would have preferred them schewan style. Read more
Welcoming staff and one even checked on us. Food was on point, was a bit surprised that I added shrimp and got two in a half. ... But the shrimp that I did get was fresh and tasty. Will come back. Read more
