Ordered 2 lg pizzas from here one with 5 meats and 3 veggies on one side of the pizza and a pepperoni and sausage. Both pizzas... had raw dough and we're missing toppings. When I contact the store to get it fixed was told they had it and would replace bothpizzas within 30-45 mins. Waited over an hour and a half to then contact store again to ask for my money back was told theytried to call me several times ( although my cellphone never rang and was in my hand the whole time) to ask which pizza wewanted replaced and that it would be another 45 mins to an hour to get us out order. Then got an attitude and says "well it'llbe 6-15 days to get reimbursed, and hangs up the phone." Guess I'll be going to Domino's Pizza from now on. Read more

SOOOO THE YOUNG AA DELIVERY DRIVER FROM PIZZA HUT BRINGS MY ORDER BUT THE WINGS MISSING??..I DRIVE BACK UP THERE ONLY TO FIND... OUT THEY ARE CLOSED AND HE NEVER WENT BACK TO THE STORE! It's ZERO stars, actually Negative 100!!!! The Door Dash delivery driver, Koffi K. and his son who actually walked with him to... my Condo door, ate half of my order and then delivered me the rest! When I called the store, I requested a Full Refund and theManager who said his Manager was David, acted like I had done something wrong. Pretty much told me there was nothing he coulddo! Could guarantee me no refund! Said he had no cell phone to take a picture of a refund being processed and send to me. Hebasically offered me Nothing!!!! So, I will probably Never order from this Pizza Hut anymore. PS.... I only gave one starbecause it's the only way I could post this!!!! Read more

Pizza did not have all ingredients for meat lover, it wasn't even sliced OMG terrible, Cust service at this location is exactly... what the reviews from other customers say, rude. This franchise owner should get new staff for the evening shift or pickup andclose shop. This business does not deserve to be in our community nor respect our hard earn dollars. I made a fairly largepurchase for a family of 3. I only asked for Parmesan packets with my order, the Hispanic boy proceeds to tell me I need to payhim for the packets. No other Pizza Hut location ever charges you for a few with your order. The female he was training couldnot understand English and my order along with other customers orders were not ready when it was supposed to me and I'm talkingat least 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready for pickup. I will never go to the Walnut St I. Garland, TX location everagain. I wish more pizzerias were in that location. Cheese sticks was more like bread sticks, the pizzas was not cut at all.Rude service, pizza was thin I ordered hand toss, toppings was like what toppings I had to search for it literally. I called and the guy was outrageously rude said they were closed at 8:30 pm. I tried to ask what time they closed .. "he said it... don't matter what time we are closed" a week before that we had to order our pizza three different times because they couldn'tmake it right and it still wasn't correct. The employees here need more customer service training. I graciously will tip over 20% when earned. The younger generation need... to learn to greet & ask how may I help you Simple etiquette. Nothing fancy. Read more

I chose contactless delivery and asked them in the delivery instructions to not knock on my door, but to please text me or call.... The driver pounded on my door. And when I asked him if he didn't get the contactless notification or delivery instructions, Iwas informed I still have to sign the receipt (which contradicts the contactless description on your app). When I told him this,he said they ignore the contactless because no one means to check the box anymore. When I called the store, the girl thatanswered my call told me that I had to deal with it because they don't have enough drivers. I understand staffing shortages, butnot blatant disrespect. This place gave me a generous amount of toppings and it was served hot. I also got a complimentary side of cinnamon sticks for... my birthday ( through a promo code, sent to my email) I love this pizza hut location. I've eaten a lot of pizza and by chancethis location was closer to me than other one I ordered from. This one was a better pick for me. Great job whoever made mypizza. Read more
