The service is ok! I bought the baked potato from there and they gave it to me cold. My 14 minute drive home and my butter wasn't even melted... that's how cold it was. If you're going to serve people food please know that they like their food fresh. Read more
So the is the 2nd time at a 2ND location or maybe I wouldn?t be so mad. So, my favorite is a #13 w/ Carne Asada. The drive thru... girl says no baked potatoes so I ask if the have fries. She says yes so I say ?cool, sub with fries and all the regulartoppings. Then the mgr comes and I reiterate I am FINE WITH fries as a sub. So what happens? Mgr comes back to window and saysoh the baked potatoes are ready so you will have it the regular way. EVEN BETTER FOR ME!! right? WRONG! This guy gives me MASHEDPOTATOES IN FOIL AND they were obviously low on Carne Asada because I literally had OIL FILLED SCRAPS of carne and they had thenerve to charge me?? He was like I?m going to give you a free tea on me.. (now I know why) asked what I prefer. I say sweet. WHYIS IT STILL UNSWEETENED? Ok so I please stay away! Half baked chicken was tasty and unlike any other on the most prevalent market. However, I prefer the skin cooked to a very done... perfection. My favorite are their signature chips and salsa...Very good! Read more

Went here for lunch this past weekend and was pleased. Carne asada was so yummy! Given 4 stars because I had originally wanted... the half chicken but it wasn?t ready yet, which was disappointing but I did come very early at opening. Will be back again totry the chicken ! Read more
