Never been physically to this location. But just having ordered from them I will not even waste my time. My wife ordered some... flautas and was greeted with a piece of metal that she almost choked on. So now we have to monitor her to see if we are going tohave to take her to an emergency room in case she swallowed some metal. The cherry on top, I ordered the caldo and was met withthe bottom of the pot slop that had no business having the name of caldo anywhere near it. This place is disgusting and needs aninspection. First time at a Pollo Regio. Food was tasty and portions were HUGE! Seriously two people could share the nachos. Restaurant was... clean and tidy, staff was friendly and attentive. Such a great place. They have great customer service and amazing food. I got the loaded nachos with half pastor and half steak.... I also got a jamaica to try. Its really good and their drinks are pretty big. Definitely love Pollo Regio and thankful for agood location. Read more
