It is difficult to write this review.... Their sandwiches are always great... And even though it seems they are short staffed,... the people are always so nice!! My rating, is regarding how dirty the restaurant is. I had to clean the booth myself andstepped on food all over the floor under the table. I would love to manage this place and clean it up, because people continueto flood in despite how dirty. They have a great business .. no one complains which is surprising. Lol. Read more
Placed an online order for convenience, received confirmation it was ready, arrived to location to find out it was not even in... the process of being prepared. Inquired about order and the employee was extremely rude and said it would be ready when it?sready. Still waiting 25 minutes in store and have yet to receive food. Read more
Great sandwich. I really love the toasted bread
Food is usually good, but last experience was lacking. Went to pick up online order but they closed early due to staffing... issues. Never notified me before I drove out there. Manager called me next day to apologize and inform me that they'll refundand reorder for free. The reorder was free but they never refunded, so I basically paid to get my order the next day. I ordered the Wreck. Turkey sandwich and it was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This is about my fourth time dining at this location and they have not disappointed me yet. Their sandwiches are fresh and... delicious, and the dining room has character that a lot of other places lack. Just as important, the staff is always courteousand helpful. This review is regarding the customer service we received, not about the food. My husband and I stopped here after our maternity... pictures, he had never tried Potbelly before and it had been a few years for me as well. It was Sunday evening and he wentinside to place the order. The associate who was closing was very rude to him. He asked my husband if he noticed the locked doormeaning the store was closed, well obviously not if my husband was able to open the door and come inside. The associateproceeded to be rude as my husband left. There's a way to talk to people, especially customers. Needless to say we're not comingto this place again. Read more
