So I am literally yearning for a pumpkin spice latte. So this morning I stopped at the local Scooters to try theirs out!??? I... got a large pumpkin spice latte with an extra shot, almond creamer and no whip cream. It came out to $8.18 but in my opinion itis a pretty big cup! Not to mention the fact that the young lady that helped me was super nice and sociable. I will definitelybe back this location.??? I would give more stars except for the consistency at this location is not on point. The same barista can make my drink every... day and it be different each time. One day it's caramel in color, the next almost cream color. Today the cold brew tasted ofburnt coffee beans. Tomorrow it'll probably taste different. I just never know what I'm going to get exactly. My wife won'teven go to this location anymore because they do something wrong on her drink almost every time. I still go through because it'squick and right by the house. All that aside, my drink is usually fine to drink. I'm not too picky. But I don't feel like it'stoo much to ask, to deliver a consistent product. Read more
Been going to this place for a couple months already I mean the foods is ok but they?re way to overprice, and the food portions... are small. For a medium blended coffee and a breakfast sandwich it?s like $13-14. I can go to McDonald?s and get a medium frappetwo breakfast burritos an Apple fritter and pie for just under $10. Always wanted to try, and since they were opening today and had the $2 off any drinks offer decided to try! It definitely didn't... disappoint, the cold coffee was perfect not too sweet and super creamy, Delicious! Cake pops were good we tried birthday one andcookie dough, my son is a big fan of cake pops and he liked them. Definitely coming back soon! Read more
It?s disappointing, to say the least, when you check your scooters app and see you have free coffees but when you get to the... restaurant, the app will not work and the associate doesn?t even try to assist. Then when you find a coupon in your car and askto at least use that, the associate says ?sure, just scan it with your app.? The one that stopped working when I pulled up tothe window. Now, this may just be a WiFi thing, but one would think that when a place of business uses a rewards program thatrelies solely on an app, that said place of business would have good enough coverage for the app to work. I paid for drinks Ihad planned on getting free that morning and couldn?t even get my points on what I paid for. Well played, Scooters. On anothernote, any time I ask for a decaf no milk, I get offered a latte, full of milk and am told that is the only option, instead ofthe americano. I have to then reorder and make sure they can make a decaf americano, where the associate acts surprised likeshe?s never been asked for it before. I?ve asked for it at least 10 times with that girls specifically. Starbucks, Dutch Brosand Dunn Brothers understand what to do. Why on earth can?t Scooters? My son loves this place and the associates are usuallyquite friendly just not too sharp. And the darned app should work at their business or they should have a way to compensate forit. Read more
