Ordered 3 bags of ice, 1 large tots, and route 44 Dr pepper shouldn't of took more than 5 mins BUT it took over 20 mins couldn't... wait any longer I drove off. Employees here looked lost and had no motivation at all. This sonic needs new staff or just closedown all together wished I could give ZERO stars. Read more

Waited 10 minutes, nobody took my order or said anything over the speaker, left. Very grumpy. Do not recommend. Edit I can't... make a second review but I had to try and stop by just now because my boyfriend wanted breakfast burritos but it was just somepoor man trying to run the place by himself, I felt so bad after waiting five minutes I just left. We consistently have terrible service here, it's close to the house so we try to be understanding but everytime there is an... issue. This time we waited 30 min for service noticing they were helping others there after us. when we asked what was going onwe were just told they're short staffed... that didn't make sense as to why they were still helping others there after we werethere. some people even moved to another spot to get service. we left and went to the sonic on oates and received service within5 min. and they had less people on staff. they should just close this location down since they can't manage it. I'd ratherdrive alittle further to get better service. Read more

Been here an hour now waiting for my food. Yeah, I had 5 kids meals and an order of nuggets...but come on. Theu also didnt know... how to put in their newest chophouse burger in the system...keep coming back hoping it'd get better but I'm done. Now that wegot home and checked the order, 2 missing their tots and kids burger has ham not bacon. Read more

I honestly wish I could give this review a negative but I can't so 1 it is. I went later on in this evening and I noticed it was... packed so I expected a wait. Perfectly fine until I pressed the red button and was told by the young lady that they were nolonger taking orders. I replied if they were closed and she said no we are really busy and no longer taking orders. Now if I washer I would have explained first that they were backed up if the customer would mind waiting NOT steer away customers with aneye roll and attitude and lose the owner money. These young employees have no customer service and really need to be trained inthis skill. I hope this training gets done for the sake of future customers. So if you see the parking lot full at this locationI would think twice about stopping by. Read more

They messed up my order than acted like they heard me say ?Remake? when I said ?Refund? three times than the MOD obviously did... not want to refund me my money. They burnt my pickle fries and told me they were making my chili cheese coney fresh and it wascold I waited from 0550 pm to 0611 pm?. Did they have to shred the cow to get the beef or did they have to make hotdog bun? Itshould not have took this long. Read more

I've given up in this location. Too many bad customer service experiences. The last time I went, the payment system wasn't... working. The guy came out to tell me that he will take my payment when he brings the food. He then left because it was the endof his shift. The order was "lost" when I asked a coworker. Last time there. Never again Read more
