Unknown to me, my son who was in front of me in the drive-thru, paid for my meal. When the worker bought me my food I gave him... my money and he took it and walked away. I was owed change but decided to drive away. Why would he have taken my money andkept it!!??!! I later found out my son already paid for it!! So my meal cost over $20 for a hamburger and tots!! Absolutely the worst sonic I've been to in all the states I've visited. Each time I've gone to this location it is always... something negative. This last time we sat in our car for 10 minutes with no answer, walked up to another sitting area and pusheda button and they immediately answered. Waited another 5 minutes and still no response. The owner of this particular locationneeds to sell this business to a more responsible owner! Read more

Drink orders shouldn't take 15+ minutes whenever it isn't even that busy. I shouldn't be expected to wait to push the button to... speak to someone after 15 minutes. Even then, only for me to be informed that this store can't even make part of my orderbecause they were out of the snickers for a blast. I should have received, at the VERY LEAST, a sincere apology for having mewait for as long as I did. Especially since my sons and I weren't able to enjoy our icecream at the park like we hadplanned. Horrible experiance all around. I'll be looking into how to follow-up with a formal complaint. Read more

This Sonic is always ridiculously slow. Even just stopping for a drink I have to plan on being here for 20-30 minutes. Also, on... my most recent visit I was told they?re unable to serve ice cream and then while waiting for my order they brought ice cream tothe car next to me. Update: since writing this review, I have seen them bring another car ice cream. I?m just confused at thispoint. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app rarely works. After trying multiple times to get my order to go through the app I... decided to order at the store. Waited 45 minutes for my food. Another 30 because they had to remake my burger that was madeincorrectly 3 times. By the time I got home the ice cream I had ordered was melted and my drinks were watered down. Thestrawberry limeade was more limeade than strawberry, my dr pepper was supposed to have cherry flavor in it and it didn't. Read more

I don?t know what it is with this particular location but not like the Sonics I?m use to. I come here once in awhile for... something different. but it?s always subpar cold seems to take forever people standing around inside talking twirling their hairthen touching peoples food and drink? the location needs a complete overhaul including getting different employees that care andwant to work. bad bad representation presently won?t be back ever Smdh? the drink I ordered barely had any ice the bacontoaster had the white piece of lettuce that is usually discarded tomatoes still had core gross and the bacon hard and shatteredlike sharp pieces of glass .bread not toasted well why bother ? tater tot?s you could tell we?re redropoed into oil but verygreasy and cold some not done at all freezer burnt really? This location is HORRIBLE to many kids in there playing around talking and not getting orders out. I waited 22 for a oreo blast... and a cheeseburger I finally flagged someone down about my order he said they forgot to bring out my order.
