Entire store is filthy... mobile pickup counter looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day, walls are scuffed, prep area behind... counter is cluttered and dirty. Read more
The manager at this Starbucks was literally unnecessarily stocking and counting cups versus taking orders while the inside line... was long and the outside line was wrapped around the building. So we was slick and doing easy work while baristas were runninglike mad women serving customers. This was apprx 9:55 am busy morning! Lazy. Exploiting baristas. Read more
Pretty upset, I was there for a total of 30 minutes (it was empty in there also) waiting for my Frappuccino and 2 people after... me that ordered multiple things got their stuff before I did. To top it off they didn?t make the drink correctly AND I got awatered down Frappuccino. Read more
Pretty disappointed with this starbucks Went in for an ice tea and refresher, gave us the refresher first (the guy who took our... order brought out the drink to us because my friend works for starbucks) They not only got both the sizes wrong when we paid forlarger. They also made my drink and left it behind the counter & did not say my name or let it be know it wasn't for drive thru.I waited for over 5 minutes for tea and juice over ice. I'm not mad about the fact they didn't call out my drink or that itwasn't the right size. I'm mad because when I pointed that out, the batista who handed me my drink- remade it wrong. We really like their staff here, friendly, helpful and are always with smiles. :) The environment is cozy. Take out service is... fast. And it is located in a very convenient location. Just right by I-635 exit 11A. It has become a regular coffe shop me andmy friends visit. :) Read more
