I have ordered from this store 4 times and my $20 cup of coffee, a grande, was WRONG ALL 4 times!! Never order here again!!
Went there to work in the morning and the inside area was really unkept. I noticed a lot of homeless in there too just acting... strange. Wouldn?t recommend going inside. Read more
Starbucks is definitely known for coffee but they should be known for their excellent customer service. I have never been here... and not been greeted as soon as u walk in the door. This is honestly the best Starbucks I?ve been to. Accurate and quality drinks always are made exactly how ordered. I actually... drive past other Starbucks, just to go to this one due to being open earlier and their quality overall. My local Starbucksalways messes up the orders, they continually change hours of operations, and just overall managed very inconsistent at best.This store should be a model store for all other Starbucks in Dallas and whatever you?re paying them, pay them more. This is the BEST location I?ve been to so far. I love Starbucks and this place takes the cake or crown I should say because of... the very sweet staff. Tonight we only had $100 bills and they couldn't break it so the person/staff paid for our whole orderwhich to me is the best thing to happen. I 100% recommended this place and I want to say thank you to all the staff that workhere, especially at night.
